Rashid began his professional cricketing journey with Yorkshire and quickly made a name for himself as a talented leg-spinner with a good variety of deliveries. He made his debut for the England national team in 2009 and has since become a regular in the One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) squads. Known for his ability to take wickets in the middle overs, Rashid has been instrumental in England’s success, including their historic 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup victory. In addition to his bowling, Rashid is also capable of contributing valuable runs with the bat.
