Hart attended Good Counsel High School in Olney, Maryland, where he played both football and basketball. He showcased his skills on the football field as a wide receiver and defensive back, earning All-Met honors from The Washington Post. Hart was rated as a four-star recruit by ESPN and committed to play college football at the University of Notre Dame.
