In the 2021 NFL Draft, Fitzpatrick was selected by the Tennessee Titans in the fourth round with the 109th overall pick. However, he was waived by the Titans and subsequently signed to the Steelers’ practice squad. Fitzpatrick eventually earned a spot on the Steelers’ active roster and made his NFL debut in the 2021 season.
