Glaze was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he discovered his passion for football at a young age. He played college football at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where he stood out as a standout defensive player. After a successful college career, Glaze entered the 2015 NFL Draft and was signed by the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent.
