Pacheco was born on May 25, 1999, in Vineland, New Jersey. He began his football career at Vineland High School, where he quickly gained attention for his exceptional athleticism. Pacheco continued to impress scouts and coaches at Rutgers University, where he played college football for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. During his time at Rutgers, he set numerous records and earned multiple awards for his outstanding performance on the field.
