Meyers attended North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, Georgia, where he excelled in football and track. After high school, he went on to play college football at North Carolina State University. During his time at NC State, he quickly became a standout player, leading the team in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns in his sophomore and junior years.
