Tolbert was born on September 10, 1999, in Mobile, Alabama, making him 22 years old. He attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School in Mobile, where he first showcased his athletic talents on the football field. Tolbert went on to play college football at the University of South Alabama, where he made a name for himself as one of the top wide receivers in the Sun Belt Conference.
