Wiley began his football journey in high school, playing for Temple High School in Texas. His exceptional skills on the field caught the attention of college scouts, leading him to commit to the University of Texas at Austin. During his time with the Longhorns, he showcased his versatility as a tight end, demonstrating strong blocking and receiving abilities.
