Weeks attended the University of Baylor in Texas, where he played college football as a long snapper for the Baylor Bears. After going undrafted in the 2008 NFL Draft, Weeks signed with the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent. Since then, he has spent his entire professional career with the Texans, making him one of the longest-tenured players in the franchise’s history.
