After his collegiate career, Turpin went undrafted in the 2019 NFL Draft but was signed by the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent. He spent time with the Seahawks but was eventually released from the team. Turpin later signed a contract with the Dallas Renegades of the XFL before ultimately signing with the Dallas Cowboys in December 2020.
