Drăgușin began his football career at the youth academy of ACS Poli Timişoara in Romania before moving to the youth system of Italian giants Juventus in 2018. He quickly impressed coaches with his strong defensive attributes and was promoted to the senior team in 2020. Drăgușin made his Serie A debut for Juventus in February 2021 and has since made several appearances for the club in the Italian top flight.
