Reguilón began his career in the youth ranks of AD Naya before moving to the academy of local giants Real Madrid. He made his senior debut for Real Madrid Castilla in 2015 and later made his first-team debut for Real Madrid in the 2018–2019 season. However, he was mainly used as a backup to Marcelo and spent the 2019-2020 season on loan at Sevilla.
