Born on June 14, 1996, in Galway, Ireland, Manning began his football career at Mervue United before making the move to England to join the Queens Park Rangers (QPR) youth academy in 2015. He made his first-team debut for QPR in 2016 and spent several seasons playing for the club in the Championship before joining Swansea City in 2020.
