In 2019, Mustipher signed with the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent. He spent the majority of his first two seasons on the practice squad before making his NFL debut in 2021. Mustipher showed great potential during his time with the Bears, but after being released, he was picked up by the Denver Broncos, where he continues to showcase his talent as a dominant force on the field.
