Following his release from the Seahawks, Harper was signed by the Green Bay Packers in 2019. He spent the 2019 season on the Packers’ practice squad before being waived in 2020. Harper then signed with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2020 and has since become an integral part of the team’s secondary.
