After a successful college career, Jackson entered the 2019 NFL Draft but went undrafted. He eventually signed with the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent and spent the 2019 season on their practice squad. In 2020, Jackson signed with the DC Defenders of the XFL before signing a reserve/future contract with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2020. He was waived by the Eagles in August 2020 and then signed with the Los Angeles Chargers before eventually landing with the New York Giants.
