Duckett’s cricketing journey began at a young age, and he quickly rose through the ranks, representing Northamptonshire in domestic competitions. He made his first-class debut in 2012 and gained recognition for his outstanding performances, particularly in limited-overs cricket. Duckett’s breakthrough came in 2016 when he scored heavily in the County Championship, earning him a call-up to the England national team. He made his international debut in a One Day International (ODI) against Bangladesh in October 2016 and shortly after in Test cricket against the same team.
