Glover began his football career at a young age, playing for various youth teams in his hometown before joining the youth academy of Birmingham City. He spent several years developing his skills at the club before making his senior debut for Birmingham City’s first team in 2014. However, he struggled to secure a regular spot in the starting lineup and eventually moved on to other clubs in search of more playing time.
