After retiring from professional football in 2015, Eustace turned to coaching. He joined the coaching staff at Kidderminster Harriers before moving to Blackburn Rovers in 2020. At Blackburn, Eustace has been instrumental in developing young talent and helping the club’s Under-23s team compete at a high level.
