In 2020, Isaiah Mack was waived by the Titans and picked up by the Cleveland Browns. He played in six games for the Browns, recording five tackles, before being waived in December of the same year. Mack was then signed by the Detroit Lions where he played in one game before ultimately being waived in January of 2021.
