Andryszak began his career playing for local youth teams in Poland before being scouted by Lech Poznań, one of the top football clubs in the country. He made his professional debut for Lech Poznań in 2012 and quickly established himself as a key player for the team. During his time at Lech Poznań, Andryszak helped the team win the Polish Cup in 2015.
