Zouma began his professional career with Saint-Etienne in 2011, at the young age of 16. He quickly rose through the ranks and established himself as a key player for the club. In January 2014, he joined Chelsea for a reported fee of £12 million, signing a five-and-a-half-year contract with the London-based club.
