Warren Buffett was born on August 30, 1930, in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. He displayed an early talent for business and investing, buying his first stock at the age of 11. Buffett attended the University of Nebraska and later earned a Master of Science in Economics from Columbia Business School, where he studied under the famous investor Benjamin Graham.
