Adam Lallana was born on May 10, 1988, in St Albans, England. He is of English nationality and began his football career at a young age, starting out at the Southampton Academy. Lallana made his senior debut for Southampton in 2006 and quickly rose through the ranks to become a regular starter for the first team.
