Born in Shreveport, Louisiana on September 3, 1999, Washington began his football career at Evangel Christian Academy in Shreveport where he quickly emerged as a standout player. He went on to play college football at TCU (Texas Christian University) where he continued to showcase his talent as a defensive back.
