Jordan played college football at the University of Miami, where he quickly established himself as one of the top tight ends in the country. During his time at Miami, Jordan appeared in 26 games and recorded 1,358 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns. He was named First Team All-ACC in 2020 and was a finalist for the John Mackey Award, given annually to the top tight end in college football.
