Adomitis was born on June 16, 1996, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, making him 25 years old as of 2021. He played college football at the University of Pittsburgh before entering the 2021 NFL Draft. Adomitis was signed by the Bengals as an undrafted free agent in May 2021.
