After going undrafted in the 2019 NFL Draft, Anderson signed with the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent. He spent time on the practice squad of the Patriots before being released. Anderson then signed with the New York Jets and later with the Denver Broncos before re-signing with the Patriots in 2021.
