Daniel Carlson attended the Auburn University where he played college football for the Auburn Tigers from 2013 to 2017. During his time at Auburn, Carlson was a highly successful kicker, setting multiple school and conference records. He was a two-time Lou Groza Award finalist, given to the best placekicker in college football.
