After college, Eiselen went undrafted in the 2020 NFL Draft but was signed as a free agent by the Chicago Bears. He spent some time with the Bears before joining the Los Angeles Rams. In 2021, Eiselen signed with the Houston Texans where he continues to make a name for himself as a reliable and skilled offensive lineman.
