In the 2017 NFL Draft, Foreman was selected by the Houston Texans in the third round with the 89th overall pick. He spent three seasons with the Texans but struggled with injuries during his time there. In 2020, Foreman signed with the Tennessee Titans, where he spent one season before joining the Browns in 2021.
