Pocic started his football career at LSU, where he played college football for the LSU Tigers from 2013 to 2016. During his time at LSU, he played as an offensive lineman and was named to the First Team All-SEC in his junior year. His outstanding performance in college earned him a spot in the 2017 NFL Draft, where he was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the second round as the 58th overall pick.
