Hardison began his football career at Hobbs High School, where he excelled as a quarterback and caught the attention of college recruiters. He went on to play for the New Mexico Lobos at the collegiate level, where he continued to showcase his talent and leadership on the field. After a successful college career, Hardison entered the NFL Draft and was eventually signed by the Miami Dolphins.
