To’oTo’o began his football career at De La Salle High School in Concord, where he quickly became known for his exceptional skills on the field. In his senior year, he was named the Bay Area News Group East Bay Defensive Player of the Year and earned a five-star recruit ranking. This led him to commit to the University of Tennessee, where he played for the Volunteers for two seasons.
