After a successful high school career at Madison Memorial High School, where he was a two-time all-conference selection, Jake went on to play college football at the University of Wisconsin. During his time with the Badgers, Jake emerged as one of the top tight ends in the Big Ten conference, earning All-Big Ten honors in 2020 and 2021.
