Weeks attended the University of Baylor, where he played college football for the Baylor Bears. After going undrafted in the 2008 NFL Draft, he signed with the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent. He has been a consistent and reliable long snapper for the Texans ever since, earning Pro Bowl selections in 2015 and 2016.
