Bowler started his football career at Queens Park Rangers (QPR) academy and made his professional debut for the club in the 2017-2018 season. He spent two seasons with QPR before joining Everton in 2019. During his time at Everton, he was loaned out to Hull City for the 2019-2020 season where he gained valuable experience and game time. Bowler joined Nottingham Forest on a permanent deal in 2021.
