Thornhill was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He quickly made an impact in his rookie season, starting in all 16 games for the Chiefs and recording three interceptions, five passes defended, and 58 total tackles. Thornhill was a crucial part of the Chiefs’ defense as they went on to win Super Bowl LIV.
