Hollman began his football career at Burlington City High School, where he excelled as a defensive back. He continued his football journey at the University of Toledo, where he played for the Rockets from 2014 to 2018. Despite going undrafted in the 2019 NFL Draft, Hollman signed with the Green Bay Packers as a free agent.
