Sulemana began his career with the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana, a renowned football academy that has produced many top players over the years. His performances at the academy caught the eye of FC Nordsjælland in Denmark, and he joined the club’s youth setup in 2018. Sulemana quickly rose through the ranks and made his first-team debut for FC Nordsjælland in 2020.
