In the 2018 NFL Draft, Woodside was selected by the Bengals in the seventh round as the 249th overall pick. He was waived by the Bengals during the final roster cuts, but he was signed to the practice squad and later promoted to the active roster in 2019. Woodside also spent time with the Tennessee Titans before rejoining the Bengals in 2021.
