Rhodes has proven to be a valuable asset to the Colts since joining the team in 2016. Before his time with Indianapolis, he also spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Bucs in 2016 and played as a linebacker before transitioning to long snapper.
