Dial began his football career at a young age and honed his skills throughout high school and college. He attended Michigan State University, where he played for the Spartans football team. In 2014, Dial entered the NFL draft and was signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent. He spent time on the Steelers’ practice squad before being promoted to the active roster, where he made his NFL debut in 2015.
