Milano began his football career at Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando, where he excelled as a standout player. He went on to play college football at Boston College, where he continued to impress with his skills and athleticism. Milano’s impressive performance earned him a spot in the NFL Draft, where the Buffalo Bills selected him with the 163rd overall pick.
