Tooley began his football career in college, playing for the University of Texas Longhorns. He quickly made a name for himself with his outstanding performances on the field, earning multiple accolades and awards for his exceptional skills. His success at the college level caught the attention of NFL scouts, and in 2017, he was drafted by the Houston Texans.
