Parsons attended Harrisburg High School where he began to make a name for himself as a standout player. He was highly recruited by top college programs around the country and eventually decided to play for Penn State University. During his time at Penn State, Parsons continued to impress with his exceptional speed, strength, and athleticism on the field. He quickly became one of the top defensive players in college football.
