Gilliam began his football career playing at the collegiate level for the William & Mary Tribe football team. He demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication during his time at college, which eventually caught the attention of NFL scouts. In 2020, he signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent and worked his way up to earn a spot on the team’s active roster.
