Williams was born on April 13, 2001, in Wrexham, Wales. He began his footballing career at the youth academy of Liverpool FC, one of the most prestigious clubs in English football. After rising through the ranks of the academy, Williams made his first-team debut for Liverpool in October 2019. He went on to make 14 appearances for the club in all competitions, including several memorable performances in the UEFA Champions League.
