Hines was selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. He quickly made a name for himself with his speed and explosiveness on the field. During his time with the Colts, Hines proved to be a reliable playmaker in both the running and passing game, as well as in the return game.
