Williams began his football career playing for Wenonah High School in Birmingham before going on to play college football at Murray State University. During his time at Murray State, Williams impressed scouts with his speed, agility, and physicality, leading to him being selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
